Purpose Statement

The purpose of the fitness class is to help and encourage women to be disciplined in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in order to be physically fit and energized to serve the Lord and minister to others.

Description of Ministry

Activities:

  • Aerobic & weight training classes
  • 3F Experience (Fun, Fit, and Fabulous
  • Walk Worthy-Walking/Biking buddies
  • Sports teams
  • Health and Fitness forums
  • Healthy eating/cooking classes
  • Grocery shopping tips
